Welcome to Day 3. Your lungs don’t breathe alone they rely on the diaphragm and core.
Today’s reset is about engaging your breath muscles. Do 3 rounds of ‘diaphragmatic breathing.’ Lie down, place a hand on your stomach, and feel your belly rise as you inhale through the nose… and fall as you exhale through pursed lips..
This builds strength and oxygen efficiency. Bonus: it calms your nervous system too.
Breath is power let’s awaken it.
